This make them adapt exceptionally well to screens of different sizes. In particular, they should be easy to read even on smartphones. However, smartphone browsers like Mobile Safari and the default Android Browser assume that pages do *not* adapt well to small screens, so by default they emulate a big screen, forcing the user to zoom in to a part of the page to be able to read it.
